We do not sell your personal information. Your public profile and collection are visible to other users unless you set your profile to private.

We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics. We use third-party services (Supabase for data storage, Gemini for AI features) that process data on our behalf.

4Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL with Row Level Security). Images are stored in encrypted cloud storage.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

5Your Rights

• Access: You can view all your data within the App.
• Correction: You can edit your profile and collection at any time.
• Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data through Settings.
• Privacy: You can set your profile to private to hide your collection from others.
• Export: Contact us to request a copy of your data.

6Children's Privacy

HeatStack is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us immediately.

7Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and storage
• Google Gemini — AI image recognition for the scanner
• RapidAPI — sneaker market data and pricing
• RevenueCat — subscription management
• PostHog — anonymous usage analytics
• Sentry — error tracking and crash reporting

The App does not use browser cookies. We use anonymous analytics to understand feature usage and improve the App.
