1Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using HeatStack ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of HeatStack.

2Description of Service

HeatStack is a sneaker collection tracking and social platform. Users can catalog their sneaker collections, track market values, share with the community, and discover other collectors. The App is available on iOS with Android coming soon.

3User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on HeatStack. By posting, you grant HeatStack a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the App.

• Content must be sneaker-related and comply with our community guidelines.
• You may not post content you do not have the right to share.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
• Content is subject to AI moderation for sneaker relevance and community standards.

5Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Post spam, scams, or misleading content.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or exploit the App.
• Use the App for illegal purposes.
• Impersonate other users or individuals.
• Post content unrelated to sneakers and collecting.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions.
• Manipulate pricing data or provide false market information.

6Market Values & Pricing

Sneaker values and pricing information displayed in HeatStack are estimates only and are not guaranteed to be accurate or current.

HeatStack is not a marketplace and does not facilitate buy or sell transactions between users. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on data shown in the App. Always verify pricing independently before making purchase or sale decisions.

7Subscriptions

• Paid subscriptions (Pro at $3.99/mo, Elite at $6.99/mo) are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by the respective app store per their refund policies.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

8Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or conduct that harms the HeatStack community.

You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

9Limitation of Liability

HeatStack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, inaccurate pricing information, or decisions made based on App data.

10Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
